课题组方向主要集中干细胞及再生医学领域,尤其对多能干细胞与细胞命运调控,及组织器官再生等方向感兴趣。建立了化学重编程诱导人多能干细胞技术体系,为人多能干细胞的制备提供了全新的途径。关景洋研究员以第一作者,共同第一作者或通讯作者的身份发表研究论文于NatureScienceCellCell Stem CellNature Chemical BiologyCell Reports等期刊。相关文章总引用超过2100次。相关研究成果被评为“中国2022年度重要医学进展”,入选“北京国际科技创新中心建设十项重大科技成果”,中国科学十大进展(2013)及中国生命科学领域十大进展(2015)等。目前主持国自然优秀青年基金、面上项目及北京市重点研究专题项目等。

 

以药物开发和应用为目标,研究兴趣集中:

 

1. 开发制备干细胞,功能细胞等新方法策略,用于细胞治疗,药物筛选及疾病模型构等

2. 解析细胞命运重编程调控细胞性质转变的基本规律,发现调控细胞命运的新靶点和机理

3. 借助体内外模型,基于细胞命运调控理论,开发难再生组织器官的修复和再生新策略
