余四旺,男,理学博士,北京大学药学院分子与细胞药理学系副教授,博士生导师。Current Pharmacology ReportsSpringerJournal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences编委,中华预防医学会肿瘤预防与控制专业委员会、中国抗癌协会抗癌药物专业委员会/肝癌专业委员会、中国药理学会肿瘤药理专业委员会等专委会委员,美国癌症研究协会(AACR)和中国化学会会员,国内外多个学术期刊长期通讯审稿人。曾获北京大学绿叶生物医药杰出青年学者奖、北京大学优秀人才奖励计划青年学者奖等。作为课题负责人和主要骨干承担或参与国家自然科学基金、科技部、教育部等国家级科研项目多项;已发表科研论文70篇,被引超过2000次;主编《癌症化学预防》专辑一部,参编英文专著两部,中文专著两部;曾负责组织了癌症化学预防前沿香山会议和多次北京大学癌症化学预防论坛等学术会议。

研究兴趣

余四旺课题组主要围绕机体和细胞的应激信号转导机制,运用多种化学和分子、细胞、动物模型等手段,结合临床样本和数据,研究癌症及相关代谢性疾病发生发展、预防和治疗中的细胞与分子机制以及相应的生物标志物和干预靶标;进而在个体化预测疾病发生发展转归的基础上,发现和利用天然或合成的化学或生物物质对关键病理环节进行针对性干预或预防性治疗,并探索这些物质的作用机制。

本课题组设备设施完备,管理规范,运行良好,气氛和谐积极向上,为成员提供了优良的学习和研究条件。实验室拥有多功能酶标仪、超灵敏多功能成像仪、实时荧光定量PCR仪、高速冷冻离心机、超低温冰箱、小鼠独立通气笼系统(IVC)、II级生物安全柜、超净工作台、低氧及普通CO2培养箱、倒置荧光显微镜、制冰机等仪器设备,和独立的SPF级动物实验室、洁净细胞培养室、药理实验室、分子生物学实验室等设施;已建立多种基因修饰小鼠模型和细胞模型,具备从分子、细胞到整体动物的系统研究能力。本课题组和兄弟课题组及临床科室合作顺畅,同时也有良好的国际合作和横向合作,已有两名博士生在双边合作协议和教育部支持下先后赴美国交流学习。此外,本课题组的大学生创新实验项目获得了药学院第一个医学部一等奖。
