Research Interests:
My present research mainly focuses on the gene therapy based on novel viral vectors.
Novel adeno-associated virus (AAV) and lentivirus vectors with precise targeting and low immunity were constructed by the integration of chemistry and biology, overcoming the natural defect of the virus and showing good application prospects in treatment of tumor, Hepatitis B, genetic disease, etc.
