Research Interests:

Our research group is engaged in pharmacological study on cardiovascular agents to looking for new compounds with protective effect on endothelial cell, myocardial cell and nerve cell, and study the influence of agents or active compounds on these cells and on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as their action mechanism, and to find new therapeutic targets and strategy for the two kinds of diseases. In addition, We are engaged in pharmacology research on the antiplatelet, anticoagulant and thrombolysis, to find new agents related to thrombus diseases and to elucidate their mechanism of action. Genetic engineering pharmaceutics: Design, prepare and evaluate new protein/peptide with cardiovascular activity through molecular biology, computer aided drug design, pharmacology and other disciplinary theory and technology to find novel antithrombotic agents or thrombolytic agents.
